Ingredients

• 4 thick slices of brown bread.
• 1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms.
• 1/2 cup butter, softened.
• 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes.
• 2 Cup grated mozarella, cheddar cheese.
• 2 Clove garlic, finely chopped.
• Green onions, chopped.
• salt and pepper.

Instructions

• Boil 3-5 minutes sliced mushroom.
• Mix together butter, mushrooms, red chilli flake, green onions, and garlic.
• Spread the mixture on bread slices and sprinkle cheese over the mixture.
• Bake in preheated oven until the cheese has melted.
• Serve cheese mushroom toast hot with tomato sauce.
