Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Sweet Kernel Corn.
• 20 leaves spinach.
• 1/2 tbsp black pepper.
• 8 slices brown or white bread.
• 1/2 tbsp red chili flakes.
• 1 Cup grated mozarella, cheddar cheese, cream.
• 2 Clove garlic, finely chopped.
• 2 tbsp olive oil.
• Salt to taste.

Instructions

• Boil corn in a pressure cooker.
• Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick pan, garlic and saute. Chop the spinach leaves and add.
• Remove corn from pressure cooker, drain and add along with salt, pepper powder, red chili flakes and mix well.
• Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add cheese, cream and mix. Spread the mixture on bread slices, cover with remaining slices.
• Grill the sandwiches till both sides are evenly golden.
• Serve the corn sandwich hot with tomato sauce.
