Creamy Crab Roll


  Ingredients
  • 1 (16 ounce) package imitation crabmeat.
  • 4 cloves of garlic finely chopped.
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice.
  • 1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder.
  • 1/2 cup prechopped red onion.
  • 6 boiled eggs, cooled.
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
  • Lettuce leaves trimmed.
  • 10 flour tortillas or pita bread.
  • Salt to taste.
  Method
  • Combine crabmeat, cream cheese, mayonnise, chopped onion, black pepper, lemon juice, chopped garlic in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
  • Using a pastry blender, chop the eggs until crumbly-looking; set aside.
  • Spread mixture evenly down center of each tortilla, sprinkle with eggs and lettuce. Roll tortilla up very tightly.
  Notes

  • This dish goes well served with french fries.
