Creamy Crab Roll
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package imitation crabmeat.
- 4 cloves of garlic finely chopped.
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice.
- 1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder.
- 1/2 cup prechopped red onion.
- 6 boiled eggs, cooled.
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
- Lettuce leaves trimmed.
- 10 flour tortillas or pita bread.
- Salt to taste.
Method
- Combine crabmeat, cream cheese, mayonnise, chopped onion, black pepper, lemon juice, chopped garlic in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
- Using a pastry blender, chop the eggs until crumbly-looking; set aside.
- Spread mixture evenly down center of each tortilla, sprinkle with eggs and lettuce. Roll tortilla up very tightly.
Notes
- This dish goes well served with french fries.
