Ingredients
- 2 cups boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
- 1/3 cup yellow Mustard sauce.
- 1/4 cup vinegar.
- 3 cloves garlic, minced.
- 3 tbsp lime juice.
- 1 tbsp brown sugar.
- 1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder.
- 1/4 tbsp ground thyme.
- 3 tbsp olive oil.
- salt to taste.
- Mix together vinegar, mustard, garlic, lime juice, brown sugar, salt, pepper, ground thyme and olive oil.
- Pour marinade over chicken.
- Refrigerate chicken in marinade for 8 hours, up to overnight.
- Grill chicken for 10 to 15 minutes until done.
