Ingredients
- 2 cups boneless skinless chicken breasts.
- 2 tsp vegetable oil.
- 2 large Whole Eggs.
- 2 chopped Red Onions.
- 1 cup Fat Free Cheddar Cheese.
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder.
- 1/4 tsp ground thyme.
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste.
- 1 tsp of baking powder.
- 1/2 cup of sour cream.
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt.
- salt to taste.
- In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in oil 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, add the onions, pepper powder, garlic paste, ground thyme heat to simmering, heat until hot, stirring occasionally until almost all liquid is absorbed. Cool 5 minutes; stir in cheese.
- In medium bowl, add baking mixture ingredients flour, baking powder mix it well add eggs, sour cream, yogurt mixing them all together.
- When all is ready, add the mixture evenly into the cup cake pans, and place into oven. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until a brown tint appears, enjoy your healthy muffin!
- Serve with dipping sauce.
