Marinated Chilli Salmon


  Ingredients
  • 1 Pound salmon fillets.
  • 1/2 cup Thai sweet chilli sauced.
  • 4 Cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • 1/4 cup olive oil.
  • 2 tbsp Butter.
  • 1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder.
  • 1/4 Cup tbsp fresh lime juice.
  • 3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar.
  • Salt to taste.
  Method
  • In small bowl, mix all ingredients except salmon.
  • Arrange salmon in a baking dish, Pour marinade over salmon, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  • Place salmon in a preheated oven, and bake for 5 minutes. Turn fillets, and broil 5 minutes more.
  Notes

  • Serve salmon fillets on rice, salad with lightly cooked spinach.
