Marinated Chilli Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 Pound salmon fillets.
- 1/2 cup Thai sweet chilli sauced.
- 4 Cloves garlic, finely chopped.
- 1/4 cup olive oil.
- 2 tbsp Butter.
- 1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder.
- 1/4 Cup tbsp fresh lime juice.
- 3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar.
- Salt to taste.
Method
- In small bowl, mix all ingredients except salmon.
- Arrange salmon in a baking dish, Pour marinade over salmon, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Place salmon in a preheated oven, and bake for 5 minutes. Turn fillets, and broil 5 minutes more.
Notes
- Serve salmon fillets on rice, salad with lightly cooked spinach.
