Simple Chilli Sea Bass

  • 1 1/2 pounds skinless bass, cut into 2-inch pieces.
  • 4 cloves of garlic finely chopped.
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice.
  • 1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder.
  • Thai sweet chilli sauce.
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted.
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil.
  • 1 cup of water.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • Add chopped garlic and salt, black pepper in a pan and saute, add butter and lower the fish into the pan with 1 cup of water and reduce the heat to medium low.
  • Place fish in serving plate and pour lemon juice with thai sweet chilli sauce over fish, garnish with coriander leaves.

  • This dish goes well served with salads, chutney, noodle's, rice dish.
