Bring the 3 cup of milk to a boil in a saucepan on medium-high heat. Whisk in the grits, stirring constantly. Add 2 pinch of black salt powder. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook, whisking often, until thick and creamy. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stir constantly.
Stir cheeses into grits and season with salt and pepper.
Place grits in four small plates and draw a good design on it to look good. After this, pour 1 tbsp honey on the grits and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top.
Top each with a peeled egg. Garnish with chopped green onions.
Note
Serve with french fries, fried beans, bread toasts.
