Quick-egg-recipe-egg wuth tomatoes-eggytoes

  • 2 Large tomatoes.(Cut into widges)
  • 1 1/2 Vegetable oil for the tomato.
  • 4 Clove finely chopped garlic.
  • Salt to taste.
  For Egg
  • 3 Large eggs.
  • 1/4 Tbsp black pepper powder.
  • 3 Tbsp vegetable oil.
  • 2 Tbsp chilli Sauce.
  • 2 Tbsp white wine.(Optional)
  • Salt to taste.
  • Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the eggs.
  • Fold fried egg sheet into two, three layers and fry until golden brown on each side.
  • Cut the eggs into bite size and set aside on a plate.
  • Heat 1 1/2 oil in a pan and saute chopped garlic. Add in tomatoes widges and stir fry them until it becomes soft over medium heat. Add the fried eggs, white wine, chilli sauce, pepper powder and salt, stir well.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions.
