- 24 cooked jumbo pasta shells.
- 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
- 15-oz container ricotta cheese.
- 12 oz cottage cheese.
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach (chopped).
- 2 tablespoons fresh garlic (minced).
- 1 teaspoon black pepper.
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley.
- 1 cup marinara sauce.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, spinach, garlic, pepper and parsley.
- Spread 1/2 cup marinara sauce into a shallow 12 x 9” baking dish coated with cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Drain pasta; stuff with cheese mixture. Arrange in prepared dish. Top with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
