Ingredients
  • 1  pound jumbo lump crabmeat.
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
  • 1 large egg lightly beaten.
  • 1 tsp Creole Seafood Seasoning.

  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce.
  • Squeeze of lemon juice.
  • 4 small fresh lemon wedges, for garnish.
  Method
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Creole seafood seasoning, sugar, lemon juice and parsley together and whip until smooth, refer to this mixture as imperial sauce.
  • Gently fold crabmeat into imperial sauce, taking care not to break up lump crab meat. Divide mixture equally among 4 ramekins (or natural crab shell). Place on a baking sheet and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes (top will turn golden brown).
  • Before serving, garnish with lemon wedges.
