Ingredients
  • 8 oz Swordfish Steaks..
  • 2 tsp cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped.
  • 4 tsp olive oil.
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed.
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice.
  • 2 tsp soy sauce.
  • 4 tsp rice wine vinegar.
  • 1 tsp chili sauce.
  • 2 tsp butter.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Lemon wedges for garnish.
  Method
  • Make marinade first; combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, rice wine vinegar, salt, pepper in a medium bowl and mix well.
  • Place the fish in the marinade. Coat on all sides with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for an 1 hour or longer.
  • Prepare your grill to medium-high heat. Wipe the grill grates with a paper towel infused with olive oil to oil the grates so the swordfish steaks don't stick when you turn them over.
  • Grill the steaks until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove the steaks and top with a butter, coarsely chopped cilantro leaves and chili sauce.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
  Note
  • Serve with salad, french fries or fried beans.
