- 8 oz Swordfish Steaks..
- 2 tsp cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped.
- 4 tsp olive oil.
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed.
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice.
- 2 tsp soy sauce.
- 4 tsp rice wine vinegar.
- 1 tsp chili sauce.
- 2 tsp butter.
- Salt and pepper.
- Lemon wedges for garnish.
Method
- Make marinade first; combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, rice wine vinegar, salt, pepper in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Place the fish in the marinade. Coat on all sides with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for an 1 hour or longer.
- Prepare your grill to medium-high heat. Wipe the grill grates with a paper towel infused with olive oil to oil the grates so the swordfish steaks don't stick when you turn them over.
- Grill the steaks until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove the steaks and top with a butter, coarsely chopped cilantro leaves and chili sauce.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
