Strawberry Brownie Parfaits

Ingredients
Brownie, chocolate, strawberries mix

• 2 cups Chocolate Chunk Brownie.
• 2 cups chocolate (1 cup for ganish).
• 1 cup strawberries, sliced (1/2 cup for ganish).

For Macerate Strawberries.

• 2 cups of Fresh Strawberries, sliced.
• 1/4 cup honey.
• 4 tsp orange flavored liqueur.

For Whipped Cream.

• 2 cups of heavy cream.
• 3 tsp powdered sugar.
• 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Instructions  

• Put the strawberries into a glass vessel. Add the honey and orange flavored liqueur over top. Mix it well and cover, make sure the fruit is fully covered in the mixture. Refrigerate for no less than 30 minutes.
• Add heavy cream, vanilla extract to a blending vessel. Begin whisking and including powdered sugar at the same time. Rush until you see hardened crests. Keep it chilled until needed.
• Chop up your brownies into bite sized pieces, chocolate, strawberries. Divide into 6 dessert cups or glasses.
• Add a layer of Whipped Cream layer into each one, reserve enough cream to decorate on top of each parfait at the end.
• Now put a layer of the macerated strawberries over top of the brownies, chocolate, strawberries mix.
• To decorate, add a last layer of Whipped Cream. Add brownies, chocolate, sliced strawberries in the center.
• Cover and chill for 2-3 hours and serve!

Note

• Use small glasses to serve these since it is a rich dessert. In case the glass is not full, you can repeat all the layers again too.
