Ingredients

• 400g streaky bacon, cut into 4 slices.
• 1 tsp garlic powder.
• 2 tsp dried oregano.
• 1 tsp paprika.
• 1 large eggs.
• 4 tsp milk.
• 1/2 cup flour.
• 1 cup bread crumbs.
• Salt and pepper.
• Vegetable oil for frying.

Instructions

• In a shallow dish, add flour, garlic powder, pepper powder , dried oregano, paprika and salt and mix well. Beat the egg and milk in a separate bowl. In another plate, add bread crumbs. Set aside.
• Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, do not allow it to smoke.
• Dredge the bacon first in the flour, then the egg mixture, and then the breadcrumbs. Coat well.
• Fry the bacon for about 4–5 minutes on each side, until golden & crisp. Drain on paper towels.
• In a small bowl mix the chives and salt into the sour cream.
• Serve the bacon with the sour cream.
