Ingredients
- 4 slices Rustic Bread.
- 4 tbsp pesto sauce.
- 3 tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped.
- 2 clove garlic, minced.
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded.
- 4 tbsp butter, melted.
- Basil.
- Salt & Pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Brush the bread slices with butter.
- Arrange bread slices on an ungreased baking sheet. Spread the green pesto evenly over the bread; top with tomatoes, garlic and cheese. Add pepper and salt to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the bread is crisp and the cheese has melted, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with fresh basil leaves.
