Ingredients
- 3 ripe Bananas, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
- 4-5 Strawberry, sliced.
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Almond Butter or other nut butter.
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cream, vanilla flavor.
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips.
- 1 cup honey roasted peanuts (chopped).
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil.
- Toothpicks.
- Take banana slice spread the almond butter then place the strawberry slice onto almond butter over the strawberry slice spread very little amount of cream now take banana slice and place over the cream.
- Place a toothpick in each banana sandwich and put in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Heat a small saucepan over low heat and add coconut oil and chocolate chips. Stir constantly until melted into a smooth, transfer to a bowl. Let stand 5 minutes to cool.
- Now remove banana sandwiches from the freezer and dip the banana sandwiches into the melted chocolate and coat properly the banana sandwich sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Refrigerate for more 30 minutes before serving.
