Ingredients
- 2 cups Peanut Butter.
- 1/2 cup butter, softened.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- 1 1/2 cups crisp rice cereal.
- 1 1/2 cups oats.
- 1 cup confectioners sugar.
- 12 ounces Semisweet Chocolate Chips (melted).
- Combine peanut butter, butter, salt and confectioners sugar in large bowl. Blend well. Add rice cereal and oats. Shape into 1-in. balls. Refrigerate until chilled.
- Meanwhile, melt chocolate in a microwave until smooth. Remove peanut butter balls from refrigerator and dip into melted chocolate; allow excess to drip off. Allow chocolate to set, about 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
