1 cup sweet corn, boiled.
2 potatoes, boiled, peeled & mashed.
1 cup mozzarella cheese, 12 small cubes.
1/2 cup green peas, boiled.
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
2 tbsp green chilli, chopped.
1 tsp cumin seeds.
1 tbsp ground coriander.
6 spring roll sheets.
500 ml peanut oil.
2 tsp cornstarch.
Salt to taste.
Take a bowl place sweet corn, potatoes, green peas and mash it properly with a help of a masher.
Heat oil in a pan add the cumin seeds and cook shaking, for about 30 secs until they take on a nutty aroma. Add the chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste and then the coriander. Sauté for sometime and add salt to taste and pour all the spice mixture in bowl of mashed potatoes mixture, using a masher mix everything properly. Leave to cool.
Make small balls of the mixter and place a small cube of mozzarella cheese in the middle.
Now take the spring roll sheet and cut the sheet into 2 each of equal size.
Put the cornflour in a small bowl and add enough water to make a thin paste.
Place the corn potato cheese ball in the middle of each sheet and brush the edges of the sheet with cornstarch.
Now seal the edges and make it in a traingle shape. Repeat this with remaining potato mixture.
Heat the oil for deep fry. Add the samosas in medium hot oil till golden brown.
