Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter.
- 2 tbsp ararot flour/ arrowroot.
- 1 cup milk, heated.
- Freshly ground pepper.
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped (optional).
- 1 cup processed cheese, grated.
- Salt.
- Melt butter in skillet on medium heat. Do not allow to burn. Add flour, stir over low heat for 2 minutes until you have a
smooth paste, but don't let it brown. - Remove the pan from heat and pour in the milk, continuing to stir.
- Stir in the grated cheese. Add cilantro, salt and pepper.
- Stiring constantly until you have a thick creamy bechamel sauce.
