Ingredients
- 1 cup milk.
- 4 tbsp arrowroot flour/ ararot.
- 3 tbsp oil.
- 4 tbsp garlic curry leaves paste.
- 2 lime juice.
- 4 tbsp vinegar.
- 2 tbsp sugar.
- 1 tbsp mustard powder.
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
- Salt to taste.
- In a small bowl add flour and to it add 1/4 cup milk and blend well with no knots.
- Heat the remaining milk in a sauce pan, bring to boil, add the flour-milk mixture, simmer the flame and cook till the mixture begins to thicken.
- Take of fire and add all the other ingredients and let cool, blend until thickened and smooth.
- Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
