Ingredients
- 1 Cup Grated Cheese.
- 1 Cup Boiled Mashed Potato.
- 1 Tbsp Red Chili Flakes.
- 1/2 Tbsp Oregano.
- 2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour.
- 1 Cup Bread Crumbs as needed.
- Salt to taste.
- Oil for deep fry.
- In a large bowl add boiled sweet corn, grated cheese, mashed potatoes red chilli flakes, oregano and salt to taste, mix well and shape them into few balls and arrange balls in a plate.
- Take 2 tbsp flour in a bowl, add little water and make a thick batter. Now coat each corn cheese ball first in the flour mixture and then roll in bread crumbs.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Deep fry the corn cheese ball in batches till golden & crisp. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favourite dipping sauce....Enjoy!
