Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg Green beans, ( Half Boiled ).
- 1/2 Cup All-purpose flour.
- 1/2 Tbsp Black pepper powder.
- 1/2 Tbsp Chilli powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Thyme seeds crushed.
- 1/2 Cup Breadcrumb.
- Salt to taste.
- Oil for deep fry.
- Water.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, black pepper, chilli powder, and thyme until smooth. Now divide flour mixture in another bowl and add water whisk until smooth batter.
- Add breadcrumb into third bowl.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Now coat beans in dry flour mixture then flour batter and coat well, shaking of the excess then into the bread crumbs, coating thoroughly.
- Fry in the peanut oil in batches, until they are golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve with your favourite dip.....Enjoy!
