Ingredients
- 3 Potatoes, boiled and mashed.
- 1/2 Cup Carrots, chopped.
- 1/2 Cup Green Peas.
- 3 Tbsp Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped.
- 8-10 French beans, finely chopped.
- 2 Tbsp Red chilli flakes.
- Salt to taste.
- Black Pepper to taste.
- 5 Tbsp Cornflour/ corn starch.
- 1/2 Cup Refined flour (maida).
- 1 Cup Bread crumbs.
- Oil for frying.
- Combine mashed potatoes, carrot, green peas, coriander, french beans, chilli flakes, msg, salt and black pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
- Shape it up like fingers.
- Now take a small bowl and add cornflour with some water and until smooth batter, add the refined flour into 2nd bowl and breadcrumb into 3rd bowl.
- Now dip the veg fingers into cornflour mixture then into refined flour again in cornflour mixture and then roll them in breadcrumb, repeat the process with other veg fingers and deep fry till golden in color. Serve with your favourite dip.
