Ingredients
- 500gm Prepared Whole-Wheat Pizza Dough.
- 250gm Portobello Mushrooms, Stems and Gills Removed.
- All-purpose Flour for Dusting.
- 2 cup Pizza Sauce
- 100gm Pasteurized Cheese Spread
- 1/2 Red onion, Thinly Sliced.
- 3 1/2 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, Grated.
- 2 oz Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese.
- 2 oz. Arugula.
- 2 tbsp Oil, for Brushing.
- 1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar.
- 2 oz. Chicken Salami/ Prosciutto.
- 1 cup Tomato, Chopped.
- 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes.
- Salt and Pepper.
- Divide pizza dough into four equal proportion balls, set aside for rise.
- Heat to 450°F.
- Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to about the size of 6inches.
- Lightly dust a pizza with flour. Lightly brush the dough with oil.
- Spread pizza sauce.
- Now spread cheese spread.
- Scatter the onion, vinegar, tomato, red pepper, mushroom, salt, black pepper, salami over the dough and top with the both cheeses, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
- Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone, cover the grill and bake until the crust is golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with arugula and serve.
- Repeat the same with other remaing three pizza dough balls.
