Ingredients
- 4 thick slices of brown bread.
- 1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms.
- 1/2 cup butter, softened.
- 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes.
- 2 Cup grated mozarella, cheddar cheese.
- 2 Clove garlic, finely chopped.
- Green onions, chopped.
- salt and pepper.
- Boil 3-5 minutes sliced mushroom.
- Mix together butter, mushrooms, red chilli flake, green onions, and garlic.
- Spread the mixture on bread slices and sprinkle cheese over the mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven until the cheese has melted.
- Serve cheese mushroom toast hot with tomato sauce.
