Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese, ( cut into small cubes ).
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded.
- 1 cup chive's dip.
- 1/2 cup carrot, cabbage, beetroot, grated.
- 4 pieces pita bread.
- Mint leaves.
- Broccoli sprouts.
- Spread both the cheese and chives dip over pita bread.
- Sprinkle carrot, cabbage, beetroot, mint leaves and broccoli sprouts. Spread more chive's dip over the vegetables.
- Starting from one narrow end, roll up firmly to form a log. Repeat the same with remaining pita breads.
- Cut each roll into 4 pieces and serve.
