Ingredients

• 250g white beans .
• 1 bunch kale (alternatively sheets of cabbage).
• 4 cloves garlic.
• Potatoes.
• 4 slices asturian morcilla sausage.
• 200g bacon.
• 200g pork.
• 1 oz Marinated Tender Cuts Prime Rib.
• 4 tsp extra virgin olive oil.
• 2 tsp bay leaf, crumbled.
• Salt & Pepper.

Instructions

• Heat oil on medium-high heat.
• Add the onion and saute until translucent, about 3 minutes. Stir in the bay leaf, garlic. Stir to combine well and cook for another 5 minutes.
• Add potatoes, asturian morcilla sausage, bacon, pork, ribs, white beans. Add 2 cups of water and allow to a boil in a spaniard pot.
• Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour or until Asturian Pote is done.
