Ingredients
- 10 slices of white bread.
- 1 cup whipped cream cheese.
- 1/2 cup strawberries, diced.
- 1/2 cup nutella.
- 2 eggs.
- 3 tbsp milk.
- 1/3 cup icing sugar.
- 1/2 cup pistachio, chopped.
- 1/2 cup Butter.
- Maple syrup, for serving.
- Take a small bowl add eggs and milk stir the mixture until its combined. Set aside.
- Take bread slice and cut the edges and flatter it out with a rolling pin.
- Palce the cream cheese in half of bread side over the cream add 1 tbsp nutella and pistachio. Now place the diced strawberry over the strawberry add little amount of cream with help of spoon roll the bread up tightly and repead with the remaining bread slice..
- Heat butter in a pan for frying the rolls.
- Now dip the rolls in the egg mixture and fry them in butter. Cook on all sides so it gets evenly cooked and golden.
- Remove from pan and immediately place in the sugar. Roll to coat in sugar.
- Serve immediately, while warm. Garnish with maple syrup.
