Ingredients
- 1 piece carrot, chopped.
- 1/2 cup capsicum, chopped.
- 1/4 cup beetroot, chopped.
- 1 onion, cut into thin slice.
- 2 tsp sweetcorn.
- 1/2 potato, bite size pieces.
- 1/4 cup mushroom, sliced.
- 1/4 cup broccoli, chopped.
- 1/4 cup green peas.
- 1/4 cup beans, cut into 1 inch size.
- 1 cup tomato puree.
- 1/2 tsp chili, powder.
- 1/2 tsp turmeric.
- 1 tsp garam masala.
- 1/2 tsp cumin.
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
- 1/4 cup cream.
- 1/4 cup curd.
- 1 fruit lemon, juice.
- 1/2 tsp sugar.
- 1/2 cup water.
- 4 tsp oil, for veggies.
- 4 tsp oil, for gravy.
- salt to taste.
- 1/2 cup cheese, grated.
- Heat oil in a large pan and fry the potato first, then remove the potato and fry onion till it gets brown. Add all the remaining veggies in it and fry it for 5 mins. Remove all the veggies and keep it aside in a bowl.
- Now take some more oil in the pan and add cumin, affter 30 sec add ginger garlic paste stiring constanly and then add all the fried veggies and mix it well. Then add salt ,garam masala, red chilly, turmeric, lemon juice and sugar stiring constantly and after one min add curd in it and then cream. Cook for more 5-7 minute or until gravy become thick and little dry.
- Garnish with grated cheese.
- Serve with Phulka roti, Dal, Salad, Pickle, and Rice it's perfect for whole families as lunch meal or dinner meal
