Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes (Boiled, Peeled).
- 30gram Sweet Corn (Half Boiled).
- 1 Small Carrot (Grated).
- 100gm Processed Cheese (Grated).
- 2 tsp Crushed Black Pepper.
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour.
- 2 tbsp Plain Flour (Maida).
- 50gm Breadcrumbs.
- 2tbsp Mixed Herbs.
- 1 Cup Water.
- Oil for frying.
- Take a bowl, add boiled potatoes and mash it properly there should be no lumps.
- Now add sweetcorn, carrot, crushed black pepper, shredded cheese, mix it well.
- Now take a mixture and give a shape of fingure.
- Take a bowl and add both flours and water, make thick batter.
- Add a breadcrumb in a plate.
- Heat oil.
- Take a cheese fingures dip it in batter and then breadcrumb and keep aside, repeat with all cheese fingures.
- Now fry cheese fingures not more than 1min or until its golden crisp from outside.
