Ingredients

• 500grams Chicken (Minced Chicken).
• 25gm Oil Sunflower 100% Pure Compliments.
• 1tsp Black Pepper Powder.
• 25gm Peri-Peri Marinade Masala.
• 120gm Plain Flour(Maida).
• 2 Cups Water.
• 125gm Breadcrumb.
• Oil for frying.

Instructions

• Take a medium bowl.
• Add the minced chicken into bowl, add peri peri masala, black pepper, oil, mix it well.
• Now make a small balls from chicken mixture (15gm balls each).
• Take a bowl add half of flour into water and make it medium thick batter.
• Take a remaining flour in flat plate, coat with flour then dip into batter then coat with breadcrumb. Keep aside all ball.
• Heat oil.
• Fry it until balls looks golden and crisp.
• Serve hot with mint chutney and tangy coleslaw.
