- 500grams Chicken (Minced Chicken).
- 25gm Oil Sunflower 100% Pure Compliments.
- 1tsp Black Pepper Powder.
- 25gm Peri-Peri Marinade Masala.
- 120gm Plain Flour(Maida).
- 2 Cups Water.
- 125gm Breadcrumb.
- Oil for frying.
- Take a medium bowl.
- Add the minced chicken into bowl, add peri peri masala, black pepper, oil, mix it well.
- Now make a small balls from chicken mixture (15gm balls each).
- Take a bowl add half of flour into water and make it medium thick batter.
- Take a remaining flour in flat plate, coat with flour then dip into batter then coat with breadcrumb. Keep aside all ball.
- Heat oil.
- Fry it until balls looks golden and crisp.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and tangy coleslaw.
