Ingredients
- 250gm Paneer, Crumbled.
- 1pc Capsicum, Diced.
- 50gm Green Peas.
- 1/2 cup Tomato, Chopped.
- 1/2 cup Onion, Finely Chopped.
- 1 tsp Green Chilly, Finely Chopped.
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder.
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder.
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
- 1/4 tsp Hing, Click to Buy EVEREST HINGRAJ
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds.
- 2 tsp Amul Pure Ghee
- 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander.
- 1/2 tsp Ginger, Minced.
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice.
- Salt and Pepper, as per taste.
- Now heat Amul Pure Ghee in a pan.
- Once the ghee is hot, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
- Let the cumin seeds and mustard seeds crackle.
- Now, add onion, ginger and fry until onion is slightly browned.
- Now, add tomato and green chilli, stir continiously and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now, add coriander powder, turmeric powder, EVEREST HINGRAJ and red chilli powder and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Now, add green peas and capsicum and cook for 1 minute.
- Add crumbled paneer along with salt and pepper, as per taste and mix well.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, stir to avoid burn taste.
- Now add lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander.
- Serve hot with indian flatbread Chapati, naan or laccha parantha.
