Spicy Paneer Pakora

Spicy Paneer Bhurji


  Ingredients
  • Paneer – 200 gm, grated or crumbled.
  • Oil – 1 Tbsp.
  • Onion – 1 medium, finely chopped.
  • Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp.
  • Tomatoes – 2 medium, chopped.
  • Green Chilies – 1, finely chopped.
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 tbsp.
  • Garam Masala – 1/4 tbsp.
  • Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tbsp.

Banana Dosa


  Ingredients
  • Ripe bananas - 2.
  • Rice flour - 1/4 cup.
  • All purpose flour (Maida) - 2 tbsp.
  • Cardoman powder - 1 pinch.
  • Sugar - to taste.
  • Raisins - 2 tbsp (chopped).
  • Cashews - 2 tblsp (chopped).
  • Ghee - to fry.

Aloo Methi Sabzi


  Ingredients
  • 3 large potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed.
  • 250 grams of frenugreek (methi) leaves, washed and chopped.
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced.
  • 1 large tomato, pureed.
  • 1 inch piece of grated ginger.
  • 2 cloves of garlic, grated.
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder.
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder.
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder.
  • salt and red chilli powder to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds oil for cooking.

Roasted Vegetable Sandwiches


  Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened.
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed.
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning.
  • 4 French hamburger buns, split.
  • 4 teaspoons mayonnaise.
  • 3 cups Roasted Summer Vegetables.
  • 4 provolone cheese slices.

Veggie Tofu Pasta


                        

Ingredients
  • Pasta - 1/2 lb (You may use any pasta of your choice. I've used whole
    wheat rotini).
  • Extra Firm Tofu - 7 oz (cut into small cubes).
  • Chopped Garlic - 1/2 tbsp.
  • Onion Powder -  1 tbsp (or slice a small piece of onion and use that instead).
  • Bell Pepper - 1/2 (sliced).
  • Broccoli Florets - 1/4 cup.
  • Carrots (chopped) -  1/4 cup.
