Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined..
- 8 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
- 2 tbsp olive oil.
- 2 tbsp butter.
- 2 tbsp freshly ground black pepper.
- 1/2 tbsp red chilli flake as required.
- 1 tbsp fresh lime Juice.
- 2 tbsp red wine.
- Kosher Salt as required.
- Mix together the salt, pepper, lime juice and red wine. Add the shrimp and marinate at least an hour in the fridge.
- Take a pan or wok add olive oil and butter. Keep the gas on medium heat. Add chopped garlic. Add red chilli flake as required. Add shrimp mixture and cook quickly, tossing shrimp and Saute all. Keep stirring else it might stick at the bottom.
- Your Pepper Garlic Shrimps are ready. Garnish with coriander leaves.
