Ingredients
Boiled Lotus Stem : 2 cup
Black Pepper Power : 1/2 tbspYellow/Red Bell Pepper : 1/1 cup
Yellow/Green Zucchini : 1/1 cup
Cherry Tomatoes : 10-15 pcs
Boiled Broccoli. : 1 cup
Baby Corn. : 100 gm
Salted Butter : 4tbsp
Black Olives For Garnish
Cheese Slice : 1 slice
Vodka : 4tbsp
Instructions
1. Take a frying pan & add vodka & give a flame, after that add butter.
2. After butter melt then add all the vegetables.
3. Cook for 5 min then add black pepper powder & stir all the vegetables together.
4. Now take out the salad in serving plate & garnish with black olives.
5. Over the top add cheese slice and serve.
