Raw Mango Quick Pickle

Mango Pickle is a traditional Indian condiment made with Raw Mangoes, spices and Oil.

In India, pickles are relished as a side in every meal. Indian cuisine is diversely so a mango pickle is made in many different style and ways. I'm sharing the easiest recipe to make it at home.

Raw Mango Quick Pickle Recipe

Prep Time.           -  20 Min     
Cooking Time.     -  15 Min

Ingredients

Raw Mango.              :    500Gm (chopped)
Turmeric                   :    2Tbsp
Asafoetida(Hing)     :    1Tbsp
Black Salt                  :    1Tsp
White Salt                 :    2Tbsp
Red Chilly Powder  :    40Gm
Vinegar                      :    10ml
Oil                               :    20ml

METHOD

To a large mixing bowl, add chopped Mango Cubes, Asafoetida, Salt, Black Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilly Powder, Vinegar & Oil.
Mix everything well
Add more Salt if needed
You not need to keep in sunlight,store Mango Pickle in a ceramic or glass airtight jar

Yummy hot and spicy pickle is ready
Serve with Rice, Paratha, Idli, Dosa Curd Rice & many more

Important,

Do not use plastic jars for storing pickles, the taste of the pickle changes and it’s unhealthy to use plastic containers for storing pickles.
