Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced.
- 1 cup mayonnaise.
- 1/4 cup sour cream.
- 2 tbsp fennel seeds, chrushed.
- 1 cup celery, sliced.
- 1 cup tomato, diced.
- 1 tbsp finely diced onion.
- 2 tbsp lemon juice.
- 2 large chopped lettuce.
- 4 large lettuce leaves, for serving
- Salt & pepper to taste.
Method
- Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves in large mixing bowl and stir very well. Spoon onto large lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
