1 1/2 pounds skinless bass, cut into 2-inch pieces.
4 cloves of garlic finely chopped.
2 tablespoon lemon juice.
1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder.
Thai sweet chilli sauce.
3 tablespoons butter, melted.
2 tbsp of olive oil.
1 cup of water.
Salt to taste.
Method
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add chopped garlic and salt, black pepper in a pan and saute, add butter and lower the fish into the pan with 1 cup of water and reduce the heat to medium low.
Place fish in serving plate and pour lemon juice with thai sweet chilli sauce over fish, garnish with coriander leaves.
Notes
This dish goes well served with salads, chutney, noodle's, rice dish.
