Ingredients
- 1 package frozen bread dough, thawed.
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded.
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated.
- 1 cup prepared pizza sauce.
- 1/4 cup black or green olives, sliced.
- 10 thin slices of Ham.
- 4 oz half cooked chicken breast, chopped.
- 2 tbsp honey.
- 1 tsp dried basil.
- 1 tsp dried oregano.
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder.
- 1/4 tsp pepper.
- 1 Egg, beaten.
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
- Stretch the dough, on a lightly floured surface, into a large rectangle, about 15 × 12-inches. Transfer to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Top with 1/4 cup of pizza sauce. Layer mozzarella, parmesan, chicken, ham and olives over sauce. Sprinkle with basil, oregano, garlic powder and pepper. Spread another 1/4 cup of pizza sauce and honey on top.
- Fold one side of the dough over the filling and brush the edges with beaten egg and seal edges well.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until stromboli is golden brown.
- Serve Stromboli with remaining pizza sauce.
