Ingredients
- 2 cups peanut.
- 1 tbsp arrowroot flour/ ararot.
- 3 tbsp honey.
- 1 tbsp oil.
- 3 tbsp vinegar.
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt.
- 4 tbsp water.
- Take 2 cups peanut and roast until it becomes light brown.
- Add peanuts in a blender and blend it until peanuts start realising oil.
- Heat 4 tbps of water in a small pan and cook arrowroot flour until it become thick.
- Now add arrowroot flour mixture into peanut mixture, add honey, vinegar and kosher salt and blend until smooth and creamy.
