  • 4 Spring Roll Wrappers.
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch.
  • 2 tbsp plain flour (maida).
  • 2 tbsp Water.
   For the Filling.
  • 3/4 cup grated Cottage Cheese (paneer).
  • 1/4 cup grated Mozzarella Cheese.
  • 1 tbsp Chilli-garlic sauce.
  • 2 tbsp Oil.
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions.
  • 4 tbsp Curly Parsley.
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes, finely chopped.
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced.
  • Oil to deep fry.
  • salt to taste.
  • Heat oil in medium bowl.
  • Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the spring onions and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds. Add garlic, tomatoes, chilli-garlic sauce, salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and add mozzarella, cottage cheese and parsley. Toss until well mixed.
  • Mix plain flour, corn starch, water to make a thick paste. Apply this on the 4 Spring Roll Wrappers with a brush.
  • Place a portion of the filling at one corner of the spring roll sheet. Roll it up tightly starting from the end where the filling is placed and seal the open edge to make a cigar.
  • Slide into hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  • Serve hot with Hot Garlic Sauce.
