Ingredients
- 10 slices white bread.
- 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen thawed.
- 8 oz cream cheese.
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
- 1/2 tsp vanilla.
- 1 whole lemon juice.
- 1 lemon zest.
- 1/4 cup sugar.
- 3 tsp cinnamon.
- 1 cup butter, melted.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon and vanilla in a medium bowl. Beat until smooth. Fold in blueberries.
- Combine sugar and lemon zest on a smaal plate.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of blueberry mixture on each slice of bread. Roll up and dip each piece into melted butter and then roll in the lemon sugar.
- Place seam side down of each roll onto ungreased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
