Ingredients
- 1 cups all-purpose flour.
- 1 pound lobster.
- 1/4 cup butter, melted.
- 1/2 cup milk.
- 1 tbsp sugar.
- 1 tbsp baking powder.
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder.
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded.
- 1 tbsp fresh dried parsley.
- Kosher salt.
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, lobster, sugar, baking powder, garlic powder, salt and parsley.
- In a bowl, whisk together butter and butter. Pour melted butter and milk over dry ingredients and stir using a rubber spatula just until moist. Gently fold in cheese.
- Scoop the batter evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Place into oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve with tartar sauce. Enjoy!
