Ingredients
- 250g white beans .
- 1 bunch kale (alternatively sheets of cabbage).
- 4 cloves garlic.
- Potatoes.
- 4 slices asturian morcilla sausage.
- 200g bacon.
- 200g pork.
- 1 oz Marinated Tender Cuts Prime Rib.
- 4 tsp extra virgin olive oil.
- 2 tsp bay leaf, crumbled.
- Salt & Pepper.
- Heat oil on medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and saute until translucent, about 3 minutes. Stir in the bay leaf, garlic. Stir to combine well and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add potatoes, asturian morcilla sausage, bacon, pork, ribs, white beans. Add 2 cups of water and allow to a boil in a spaniard pot.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour or until Asturian Pote is done.
