Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken breasts, skinless, boneless and cut into bite size.
- 1/2 cup heavy cream.
- 1/2 parmesan cheese, grated.
- 1 cup yogurt.
- 1 fresh lemon.
- 2 tsp paprika.
- 1/2 tbsp thyme seeds, powder.
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander, finely chopped.
- 1/4 cup ginger-garlic, paste.
- 1 1/2 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground.
- 1 egg.
- Salt to taste.
- Combine ginger-garlic, salt, lemon, thyme seeds powder mix well, add the chicken pieces in a large bowl and mix well, marinate for 30 minutes.
- Now add the cream , cheese, yogurt, paprika, black pepper, marinate for another 1 hour.
- Prepare your grill to medium-high heat. Insert the chicken onto skewers and grill the chicken until is tender and juicy.
- To serve garnish with coriander and serve with salad.
