- 1 cup water.
- 4 ripe bananas.
- 1 cup sugar.
- sesame seeds.
- 120g all purpose flour. (For Batter)
- 60 gram cornflour. (For Batter)
- 1 cup Breadcrumb.
- 1 tsp vanilla essence.
- iced water.
- vegetable oil, for deep fry.
- Iced Sugar for Garnish
- Take a bowl and make a thick batter from the ingredients given above for batter.
- Heat the oil to deep fry.
- Take bananas and cut into desired size and dip in the batter and coat it properly in the batter then roll in breadcrumb and deep fry it untill it is golden brown.
- Now take a non stick pan and melt the sugar in water and cook it untill it gets brownish in colour.
- Dip the banana in the syrup and after it is properly coating instantly put the banana in the ice water.
- Garnish with Iced Sugar.
