Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Sweet Kernel Corn.
- 20 leaves spinach.
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper.
- 8 slices brown or white bread.
- 1/2 tbsp red chili flakes.
- 1 Cup grated mozarella, cheddar cheese, cream.
- 2 Clove garlic, finely chopped.
- 2 tbsp olive oil.
- Salt to taste.
- Boil corn in a pressure cooker.
- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick pan, garlic and saute. Chop the spinach leaves and add.
- Remove corn from pressure cooker, drain and add along with salt, pepper powder, red chili flakes and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add cheese, cream and mix. Spread the mixture on bread slices, cover with remaining slices.
- Grill the sandwiches till both sides are evenly golden.
- Serve the corn sandwich hot with tomato sauce.
