Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
- 1/2 tsp baking soda.
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg.
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger.
- 1 pinch kosher salt.
- 1/4 cup brown sugar.
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (fresh or canned).
- 1 cups milk.
- 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- 3 tsp Clarified butter.
- 2 eggs.
- Preheat waffle iron.
- Place flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt in large bowl. Set aside.
- Add eggs, sugar, milk, butter and vanilla extract. Whisk together until mixture comes together and no dry spots remain.
- Add batter to waffle iron and cook according to manufactures directions. Keep warm in preheated oven and repeat process with remaining batter.
- Serve with butter or maple syrup.
