Ingredients
- 6 oz jumbo shrimp, peeled, veins removed, tails left on.
- 2 oz mozzarella, cut into thin strips.
- 3 tbsp green chilles, chopped.
- 1 1/2 tbsp cilantro leaves.
- 1 tsp lemon juice.
- 250 grams chicken, well cooked.
- 8 oz Frozen Puff Pastry.
- Salt to taste.
- Preheat the oven 400 degree.
- Take a bowl, add the cooked chicken now put salt to taste , finely chopped green chilles, lemon juice and mix the mixture well and keep it aside.
- Sprinkle the flour on the work surface. Unfold the pastry sheet on the work surface and cut the puff pastry sheet into 1/2 inch for each piece of prawns.
- Take the shrimps, place a thin mozzarella strip in the shrimp, now take one tsp chicken mixture and put it over the mozzarella strip and wrap the shrimps with 1/2 inch of puff pastry sheet properly and sprinkle cilantro over stuffed shrimps and place it in the preheated oven for 10-15 mins.
